Kim Griffiths – Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Kim made a career change 8 years ago and started working in Community Services as she always had a passion for helping others and wanted to give back to the community.

Kim has completed a Diploma in Counselling and Certificate IV in Community Services and her first role in disability was working in Disability Employment Services where she gained a wealth of knowledge and skills. Kim is continually updating her knowledge and skills and has completed other courses including a Statement of Attainment in Case Management and other courses relevant to the Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching roles.

Kim worked in Support Worker roles in Aged Care and Mental Health before starting work in the NDIS space, firstly assisting Participants with psychosocial disabilities to access the NDIS and then transitioning over to a Support Coordinator role assisting Participants with psychosocial disabilities.

Kim has worked with a variety of participants as a Support Coordinator and more recently as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, and really loves what she does.

Kim feels grateful to be now working with the awesome team at Taylor Made Outcomes.
