Reid Walsh has always enjoyed supporting and servicing people living with disability.
In 2009, following high school graduation, Reid went on to complete my Certificate IV in Community Services.
It was at this time he secured his first employment with Life Without Barriers, Dubbo, where he stayed for four years before relocating to Life Without Barriers, South Coast.
In 2016, Reid was promoted to Team Leader of a residential home, where he assisted in the transition of 5 young adults living with complex disabilities and health needs, into their new home. The NDIS roll out coincided with this transition and he was heavily involved in the development of the first NDIS Plans for the 5 young adults.
Reid was also previously supporting the transition of adults living with mental health into community housing and will bring to the role of Support Coordination, experiences and skills from all his previous roles.
